This AI Processing Disclosure ("Disclosure") explains how automated technologies, including artificial intelligence ("AI"), may be used within the Visual Advantage Media platform ("Platform").

This Disclosure applies to all users of the Platform, including marketplace users and enterprise users.

This Disclosure is incorporated into and governed by the Visual Advantage Media Terms of Service.

1. Use of Automated Image Processing

The Visual Advantage Media platform may utilize automated technologies to assist with media processing workflows.

These technologies may include:

• artificial intelligence image processing
• automated color correction
• exposure balancing
• sky replacement
• object removal
• virtual staging
• virtual twilight conversions
• image enhancement algorithms
• automated editing workflows

Automated processing may be used independently or in combination with human editing.

2. Third-Party AI Systems

Certain automated image processing features may utilize third-party AI services, including but not limited to professional real estate photo editing systems.

These services may process media files temporarily in order to perform editing operations.

Visual Advantage Media does not permit third-party AI providers to use submitted images for the purpose of training artificial intelligence models unless explicitly disclosed.

3. AI Processing Limitations

Users acknowledge that automated editing technologies may produce results that vary depending on:

• image quality
• lighting conditions
• bracket exposure quality
• property features
• editing presets
• AI model limitations

AI-generated edits may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results.

Users are responsible for reviewing all edited media before delivering or publishing images.

4. User Responsibility for Media Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring that edited media complies with applicable:

• real estate marketing regulations
• MLS guidelines
• advertising standards
• disclosure requirements

Visual Advantage Media does not guarantee that automated edits will comply with any specific MLS or regulatory guidelines.

Users should verify that edited images accurately represent the property.

5. AI Feature Availability

AI-assisted editing tools may be:

• experimental
• in beta testing
• subject to change or discontinuation

Visual Advantage Media may modify, update, or disable AI features at any time.

6. No Guarantee of AI Output

Automated image processing tools are provided "as is."

Visual Advantage Media does not guarantee:

• the accuracy of AI-generated edits
• specific visual results
• compatibility with all image types

AI tools are intended to assist users and do not replace professional review.

7. Data Handling During AI Processing

Images submitted to AI processing systems may be temporarily transmitted to third-party processing infrastructure for the purpose of generating edited outputs.

Such processing occurs solely for the purpose of providing editing services through the Platform.

Images processed through AI systems are not retained longer than necessary for editing operations.

8. Future AI Features

Visual Advantage Media may introduce additional automated processing features over time.

These may include:

Users acknowledge that continued use of the Platform may involve new automated technologies.
