We only access availability data required to prevent booking conflicts. We do not read, store, or analyze calendar event contents.

To assist with pricing and listing insights, we may retrieve property data from providers including:
- Rentcast
- Estated
Property estimates may be cached for up to 30 days.
Payment Processors
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc.
We may receive limited metadata from Stripe including:
- Payment confirmation status
- Transaction identifiers
- Payout confirmation information
We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform.

Certain media editing workflows may involve AI-assisted image processing tools integrated into the Platform.

Images processed by AI tools are used solely to produce the requested editing results.

Only the minimum information necessary to complete the service is shared.

- Password hashing using bcrypt
